Material:

Paper and card for inserts and dividers, Paper/PVC and grey board for binder.   
Stainless steel for Clamp files, ring can be O shape or D shape, 2 rings, 3 rings, 4 rings. 

Standard Size:
Trimmed to finished size: suitable for standard A4 size.  
Popular sizes for binder: H 315mm x W 270mm x Spine (35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65) mm or other size can be negotiable.
Ring sizes: Height 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50mm

Printing:
Offset print.
Full color print, CMYK, Pantone colors, Vegetable inks printing, environmental ink printing.

Packaging:

Wrapped by OPP bags individually and water-proof paper, packed into standard export cartons, then packed onto solid pallets.

MOQ: 

1000pcs each design, but 3000pcs are the most economic quantity.  

Timing:
Estimated 5~7days for sample, and 15~20days for bulk production.
3 hours forward to Shanghai Seaport Store(by sea or air).
3 days finish Chinese customs and placed into ship by sea, and 1 day by air.
